We want to make it as easy as possible for you to order your dog portrait. We also realise that each portrait is personal and that you want the very best that you can get. For this reason, please contact us if you have any individual requirements. Maybe you have a special background in mind or would like another dog adding to your portrait, if so please give us a call.

Fill out our online order form or you can print out the order form page and send it to us. Alternatively, you can simply email -

 

 

You can upload your photographs on the order form or you are welcome to post or email them to us. Please send the best quality photographs you can so that detail can be represented as accurately as possible.

Payment and Guarantee

Our aim is that you are totally delighted with your dog portrait. Once your portrait is ready, we send you a picture by e-mail for you to preview and approve. Only when you are 100% happy will we ask for payment. We currently accept Paypal & Google Checkout for which we will send you payment details. Other methods can be arranged upon request.

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your portrait, please return it to us and we will either put it right for you or we will send you a full refund.

 

Delivery and timescales

Worldwide delivery is free. All work is securely packaged and sent by Royal Mail.

Danielle is currently turning work around within 8 weeks maximum. We will email you when we have dispatched your portrait. Please bear in mind that oil paint takes 4 weeks from completion to dry sufficiently to mail.
